From my initial email query, through site inspection, quote and build, Andrew and his team delivered fantastic service and value for money. The pool was finished on time and exactly as quoted. They always explained detail in easy to understand language with lots of pictures as well and kept me updated on every step of the process. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect (like re-setting my clothes line!) and have given lots of practical support and advise on pool maintenance which I’m confident they will continue to do long into the future.

We are extremely happy with our pool. Aside from the finished product being just as we wanted, swimspaplungepool was extremely accommodating as not long after work started we suffered a serious illness in the family. Thanks to Andrew and his team @ swimspaplungepool we now have  a beautiful looking luxury spa. But what is especially appreciated is Andrew's time and patience when helping us choose our new pool. The installation process was faultless and was finished in a few days. They worked in with my landscaper and came back as promised to do a final handover when decking and fence was completed. The on going service, advice and support given by Andrew after the installation for novices like us has been amazing, Andrew has always returned calls and answered queries when we are unsure about different aspects of pool maintenance. The service from swimspaplungepool has been impeccable and cannot be faulted, they have even returned to us here in Melbourne without complaint post installation to give us another lesson on water balance and adjusting for maximum efficiency. To finish off the pool works great is well used and is especially beautiful with the Led lights changing colour at night.

Hi Andrew, all is well with us here. As I promised photo’s for you to give you an idea of how beautiful our pool ended up looking! The pictures show all the steps/seating in the shallow end which is a lovely place to cool off and have a glass of bubbles! I have done a quick add up in my head and with the excavation (and we ran into rock!), Pool, pavillion, paving, blanket, solar, water tank I’ve come in below budget and we’ve probably added double the value of the project to the value of the property. As I said the other night my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.

It was a blessing when we happened upon your company after multiple phone calls, faxes and queries (which andrew was unfazed) we finally decided on the Nicole model which has proven ideal as the width and length allows us to move our disabled adult son around the pool getting full use of the space and the depth is perfect, the sitting area and steps smooth and comfortable an area to rest and chill out in- put the spa jets on -heaven ! Andrew was the calmest and most patient person I have ever dealt with. It took me a long time to make up my mind and he never at any point put any pressures on me to purchase the pool or to hurry up and make up my mind. This was the total opposite to other companies that I had got quotes off, and it was this patience as a sales person that drew me towards using Andrews services. Andrew was honest and direct about the process and stuck to his timeframes as close as possible given the never ending rainy weather we had during the installation process. The installation of the pool was an all-in-one service with guidance, suggestions and advise on landscaping and finishing off the garden. Andrew was always available at the other end of the mobile to answer my “numerous” questions and explain in detail to me anything I needed to know. After finishing and handing over the pool, Andrew has still always been available to help with how to use and maintain the pool . To that end I honestly have to thank Andrew and Ken for their meticulous attention to detail, and for adapting to my constant change of ideas. Adam and Ryan too were a pleasure to work with never wasting a minute of their time, and Caron in the office who was prompt and efficient in all my dealings with her. They all put in their best effort into making the pool a real asset to our home.

The pool has been amazing and has brought such beauty and character to home and garden. It was the centrepiece for photos for my daughters formal and a delight to spend time in during the hot summer. Anyone who has walked in is impressed by how it fantastic the pool looks and it is great to see their surprise and amazement as they see the features within the pool – the spa, the jets, the lights, the infinity edge.. they just can’t believe that it has it all.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone looking at installing a spa/or pool in their home. I doubt you could find a more dedicated team anywhere.
